today, huishan, mervyn and i decided to go for zhu jiao dong(some kinda pork leg thing) at jalan berseh which we have thought about for quite some time. so right after school, we went home got changed and met at sengkang's mrt station at about 3.30pm when we were actually supposed to meet at 3. oh well, not big of an issue. we were all late anyway. heh! took the train to potong pasir and from there, a bus all the way down to berseh food centre. we walked quite a distance after getting off the bus to the food centre. the sun was scorching!! unfortunately, the stall closed early!! the neighbouring stalls say that the vendors leave at about 3pm everyday after they have finished selling everything. must be popular amongst the crowd then. anyway, we decided not to brood over it and order food that was available. i got myself a serving of stewed pork trotters with yam rice! yummae! shanster and merv both got themselves kway chap. traditionally, kway chap is served with stewed pig organs and mervyn hasnt eaten any of that before in his entire life! well, he was brave, he tried everything and liked it all! hahahaha! =]

so after that very sinful meal with all the fats and cholestrol, we thought that going to bugis to shop and eat chwee kway with orh lua. would be good, to satisfy our cravings, also, kill time. so off we went. walked a long long distance to the another bus stop. went to bugis, and started window shopping at bugis street. looked at clothes, shoes, bags and a hell lot of accessories!! love it! was really tempted! sigh. then, the weather was getting really warm, so we went to OG instead. shopped around a little and fooled alot(at the toys and kids department)! hahaha. as crazy as we look, we sure did enjoy ourselves! oh! and huishan unintentionally broke a manuquin's hand! gosh!

alright! by this time, mervyn was pestering to go home so that he could watch his anime thing. we walked out of OG laughing out loud! we were crazy?! haha. we went one place else before walking to little india's mrt station. we went to this place called ice monster. their specialty is fresh fruits with shaved ice complimented with milk. awww.. its great! especially for people with a sweet tooth. i ordered their signature dessert. it was cool! topped with a sorbet. shanster ordered a kiwi ice and merv went for their chocolate milkshake.
